5 Thing That Only Bipolar With Friends Will Understand


Suffering from panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, too much worry, phobia, anxiety and fear are some of the signs of Bipolar Disorder. People with this illness suffer for year before they are properly diagnosed. This is a long-term illness that must be managed carefully. Doctors said that this illness is like asthma, diabetes or any kind of kind of diseases  that once you ignore is have a chance to kill you. 

Having the first attack is during late teens or early adult years. The years which you experiencing some confusions, personality crisis etc. This also the stage you enjoy hanging out with friends, pursuing your dreams or start having a regular job. The stage of being busy of pretty stuffs and making some beautiful memories. 

Having friends while suffering from having bipolar is pretty hard. Here are some of the consequences and truths that you need to face as long as possible.

1.  Loosing 50% of your friend.

Letting all friends informed about everything is a bad idea if you don't want to loose them. Choose the best and very understanding friend you have. If you let all your friends know some of them will think that you are crazy and they will not see you anymore. But don't worry this is also the time that you will realize who your true friends are. And they are always there for you.



2. Having a one minute decision.

Sometimes you miss hanging out with your friends because you are always talking to your therapist. You want to make some plan like going out at night, go to the mall, have a brunch with them or do some adventurous activities but you have your very annoying mood swings. They said yes and on the exact day you want to lay on your bed and close the door and turn off the lights.


3. Drama Queen or King

You easily get depress and sometimes you want to talk to someone. You know your friends are always their for you. You also need an output to release all the negatives or pain you have suffered. But remember that some of your friends hate dramas. Choose the most understanding friend you have. The one who always listen and ready to talk to.



4. You think you're not belong.

Because you not usually go out with them you think you are not their friends anymore. You think you don't know what they are talking about. The worst is sometimes you think that they  talk behind your back. You are being paranoid. Which is the big mistake because at first your bitch friends are not seeing you anymore so don't let your true friends keep away from you just because you are so negative.



5. You are the youngest.

Your friends love you and you are important to them but sometimes you think that they are always think you are just a kid and you always need an assistant wherever you go. You are overprotected with your friends like your parents. This is the reason why sometimes you want to be alone. But be grateful because they are always there for you no matter what. 



If you are suffering today don't believe that it will last forever. You are getting better and the best thing is you are become smarter because you learned how to fight. You are strong and perfect. All the pains and fears will teach you how to live. You are awesome. You are loved.
