#CHACOOKSWHATEVER : MINI GRANOLA PANCAKES WITH FRUITS


Hey Readers!!! Welcome again to another #chacookswhatever recipes. Now, I can share
some of my easy, sweet but still healthy breakfast recipe. It's simple, easy and cute pancakes. Let's do something that your kids and friends would love.


Ingredients:

Flour
Granola
Baking Powder
Sugar
Salt
Cinnamon
Apple
Strawberry Jam
Veg Oil
Egg


Instruction

1. Remove first the skin of the apples, cut it into small pieces and boiled it. Wait until it gets soft before you pour the granola. Stir and smash the apple. Set it aside and let it cool for about a minute.
2. In a nice bowl mix all the dry ingredients like flour, sugar, small amount of baking power and the rest.
3. Pour the smashed apple with granola in a bowl of dry ingredients then add the egg and oil. Stir it very well and set it aside.
4. Heat a non stick frying pan and add a small amount of veg oil or butter. Pour the mixed ingredients in a pan and wait the bottom to cook before you flip it. Make a big and slightly thin circle.
5. Find any lid with a size of 1 1/2 in and use it to cut your pancake into a small pieces.
6. Make a three layer or more and spread it with strawberry jam and serves it with a fruit on top.
